From “what is a launcher?” to standing at the server gate. Follow one step at a time and do not improvise—you cannot miss anything important.

Install somewhere to play the pack

A launcher keeps PissPack+ separate from ordinary Minecraft and downloads everything the pack needs. Prism is our recommended route.

Download Prism for your operating system and install it.

Open Prism and complete the first-run language and Java checks.

Click the account button in the top-right, choose Manage Accounts, then Add Microsoft. Sign in with the Microsoft account that owns Minecraft Java Edition.

Good to know

In Settings → Java, enable “Autodetect Java version” and “Auto-download Mojang Java” if those options are available.

Confirm Java 21 is selected. If the instance has been changed, re-import a clean copy before removing individual mods.

Give the instance at least 5–6 GB of RAM, but never all of your system memory. Share the full launcher log when asking for help.

Make sure you launched PissPack+ 1.0.1 for Minecraft 1.21.1—not a vanilla or differently modded instance.

Check the live Server Status page. It may be restarting or temporarily unreachable.
